Meet Our Staff
Jennifer Brooks, CCMA, Practice Manager
Jennifer has lived in the Valley the majority of her life, along with her husband, Ray, and three sons, Cody, Madison, and Will. Included in her family are their two dogs, Buddy and Twix.

She has worked in dermatology with Dr. Knoell for over twenty years, bringing her experience in coding, billing, front office and clinical. She received her CCMA certification in 2016 through NHA and more recently, graduated from Liberty University with a degree of Bachelor of Science, focusing on Healthcare Administration.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, cross-stitching, cooking, and spending time with her family
Diamond Harris, CCMA
Diamond, a valley native, lives in the Staunton are with her cats: Max, Belle, Leo, Luna, Archie, and Jinx.
When not at work, she enjoys spending time in Bath County with her boyfriend, Dakota.
Diamond is a certified clinical medical assistant and has been working in dermatology for close to three years. She can be found working with Eli Crisler, FNP, DCNP.
Victoria Hoy, CCMA
Victoria works at our reception desk, welcoming patients to our office.
She was born and raised in Waynesboro, where she currently lives with her husband, three children and two dogs.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, reading, painting, making jewelry and fishing.
Victoria has worked as a customer service manager for 10 years and has a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding.
Pansy Reed, LPN
Pansy lives in Stuarts Draft with her husband of 36 years and their 2 Yorkies.
She has been an LPN for 31 years and has worked in many different fields of nursing. Her favorite has been Dermatology and you can find her working with Dr. Knoell as his assistant.
Pansy enjoys going on cruises with her family. In her spare time she loves to take walks and relax.
Kristy Via
Kristy Via works in our billing department and is a native of Waynesboro. She has worked in the medical field for over 20 years, with 11 of those years in the dermatology field.
Kristy is married to her high school sweetheart and they have 3 active boys. She loves to sing and is a member of the Waynesboro Choral Society.
Karly Griffin
Karly, a native of Augusta County, has been fortunate to have been able to travel from Colorado to Georgia, to being over seas through her husbands' career in the military, along with their two kids and two dogs.
In her spare time, she loves watching shows, going to the movies, and hiking! With her 15 years experience in customer service and 3 years as a medical receptionist, she brings a positive, fun-loving, energetic personality that completes our team.
